The movie The Age Of Stupid preaches the doomsday scenario of human extinction by 2055 and says humans will be to blame for this situation because we fly too much.
Journalist and film maker, Phelim McAleer, attended the New York City premiere of The Age of Stupid. McAleer began asking the celebrities how they got to the event. All of them admitted to flying except the director Franny Armstrong who refused to answer the question and then had McAleer removed from the press area.
McAleer resumed his questions from the sidelines as security repeatedly blocked his camera and his view of the environmentalists headed into the premiere.
Later, McAleer told the Irish News the film should have been called the “Age of Hypocrisy.”
