For those of you not into your teen’s texting lingo, this means Oh My God, Dropped Down ManHole Cover, Fell Down Go Boom. Well OK, I made up the second acronym, but the first and third ones are legit.
Alexa Longueira, a Staten Island teenager, was walking and texting down a neighborhood street, when she FDGB through an open manhole cover.
She wasn’t seriously injured, and the city workers that had left the manhole uncovered claim that they had just turned their backs for a second to get some warning cones when the accident occurred.
Authorities are investigating.
