Whenever I’m in a debate with any of my liberal friends or family members about why I can’t stand leftist philosophy, I always fall back on, “look at your constituents!”
I’m a fiscal conservative, and even though I know there are fiscal conservatives that disagree on other issues, at our core we still support less taxes and less government. There are some whack jobs on my side of the fence, but not NEAR as many as on the liberal side of the fence.
The whack jobs include The National Organization of Women, which is all for advancing women’s rights as long as they are liberal women’s rights, PETA, which gets upset at the fish toss at Pike’s Market in Seatle, Greenpeace, which risked the lives of it members and risked defacing Mt Rushmore with the stunt pictured above, and the man-made global warming religion, which will use the force of the US government to bow to no real science, but to what is really just their belief etc. etc. etc.
I could go on and on and on, but I think you get the point.
Here’s the story of the picture at the top of the post. At approximately 10:30 AM Mountain Time, Greenpeace loons unfurled a banner at Mt Rushmore that reads, “America honors leaders not politicians: Stop Global Warming.”
The banner, measuring sixty-five feet by thirty-five feet, features an unfinished portrait of President Obama.
Wake up people!!
