Representative Peter King

Representative Peter King

US House of Representatives member Pete King represents New York’s third district. He is a Republican in a majority Democratic district in a largely Democratic state. From what I can tell, he seems like a good guy. Look for him to run for NY state senator in the near future.

He was one of only a few Republicans that was against the impeachment of Bill Clinton, and in February 2006 King was the first Republican to come out against the proposed Dubai Ports World, a company owned by the United Arab Emirates, agreement that would have handed over management of some American ports to DPW.

Now that you know a little bit about him, you can watch comments he made over the weekend that will really enamor you.

This weekend, Representative King posted a two-minute video on YouTube in which he calls Michael Jackson a “child molester” and a “low life.”

He goes on to state, ”Let’s cut out the psychobabble. This guy was a pervert. He was a child molester, he was a pedophile, and to be giving this much coverage to him day in and day out, what does it say about us and our country? It’s so politically correct.”

He went on to say that the media ought to be celebrating our Armed Forces, and others in this world who are actually out there doing good for humanity.

Kudos to you Representative King!!

Here it is in his own words.

Enjoy-

Rep. King is certainly entitled to his opinion, but the manner in which he lambasted Michael Jackson was plain wrong. He called him a “low-life.” I will venture to say that Michael Jackson has done more for needy children than Peter King has ever done in his life. Jackson has given more to charity than King has ever given. If Michael Jackson was found guilty of child molestation, I guarantee the outpouring of support would not occur today. Sorry, he represents a diverse group of constituents in New York, who I am sure will remember this latest rant when they go to the polls.

He did pay off a kid more than 20 million dollars. I’m just sayin’!!
